England's legendary goalkeeper
Peter Shilton played his 125th and last international against Italy in the
bronzematch. This was a world record at the time. It was not a happy ending for
Shilton as a mistake by him allowed Roberto Baggio to score a goal as Italy
ran out 2-1 winners.
